Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all regions within Indonesia via JNE (Regular, YES, OKE, etc.). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you are located in a remote area, please make sure your address is complete and includes a valid phone number to avoid delivery issues.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are based on estimates provided by our courier partners. Actual delivery time may vary depending on weather, traffic, or courier service availability in your area.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, product weight, and selected courier service.
We do not offer free shipping unless stated otherwise during promotions.

Shipping Issues or Delays

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2×24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo (if applicable) to help us resolve the issue quickly.
