Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must include the original packaging and tags (if any).
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order ID) is required.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-built products
    Custom racket setups or paddle assemblies made based on customer request are non-returnable, unless they are defective or incorrectly assembled.
  • Opened or unsealed items
    Products such as rubbers, grips, or accessories that have been unsealed or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
  • Hygiene-related items or wearables
    For health and safety reasons, items such as wristbands, gloves, or grip cleaners cannot be returned once opened.
  • Sale or clearance items
    Items purchased during special sales, promotions, or marked as final clearance are non-refundable.

Do not return your product directly to the manufacturer unless we instruct you to do so.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account you provide, typically within 24 hours. Please ensure that the bank details are accurate.
Refunds can only be made to the original buyer’s account.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be refunded unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

  • Request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Email us at info@sportavic.com with order details and supporting photos.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is on our side.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received.

Shipping Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is granted, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and proper packaging.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damage on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2×24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photo(s) of the damage
  • Order ID and item name

Send the details to info@sportavic.com. Late claims may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Custom Products

Products that are custom-built or assembled on request (e.g., custom rackets) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

Make sure to review your order carefully before confirming purchase.
