Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
We currently accept manual bank transfers. Payment instructions will be provided upon checkout and must be followed to complete your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using JNE services (Regular, YES, OKE, etc.) to addresses within Indonesia only.
Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.

Refunds & Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition and packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Custom-assembled products (e.g., custom rackets)
Clearance or discounted items
Items damaged due to customer misuse

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only, within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Accounts & Registration

You may place orders as a guest or create an account during checkout or from the “My Account” page.
Accounts allow you to track orders and manage purchase history.
Creating an account is optional and governed by our Privacy Policy.
